Company Overview
Over 200 resident scientists and engineers conduct research in a diversity of ecological and geographical settings that addresses a full spectrum of complex environmental challenges ranging in scale from nanotechnologies to river basins. EL supports the environmental missions of the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, and the Nation through research, development, special studies, and technology transfer. EL research includes access to a broad network of expertise and facilities from other ERDC Laboratories, government agencies, academia, and the private sector. Other ERDC labs include Coastal and Hydraulics, Geotechnical and Structures, Information Technology, Construction Engineering Research, Cold Regions Research and Engineering, and Topographic Engineering.
