Mosaic Associates LLC offers a full range of environmental consulting services, ranging from wetlands delineations and initial assessment of potential biological constraints, to special-status species surveys, preparation of biological resources reports, mitigation planning, Clean Water Act permitting with the Army Corps of Engineers and California Regional Water Quality Control Board, California Department of Fish and Game permitting, Sec. 7 consultation services with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, agency consultations and negotiations, professional forestry services (RPF 2369), construction monitoring and post-construction permit-compliance monitoring and reporting.
