Society for Ecological Restoration (SER)
Company Overview
SER is an international member-based organization registered in the US as a 501(c)3 nonprofit. SER has members in more than 70 countries with 14 chapters serving North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. The Society has one thematic Section focused on large-scale ecosystem restoration. Since its founding in 1988, SER has worked to advance the science and practice of restoration by supporting the work of researchers and practitioners around the world; disseminating guidance and best practices; increasing awareness of, and public support for, restoration; and contributing to policy discussions at the national and international level.
